Meet the Coaches !
Founder / Coach
Zack Lamont
Coaching Style :
A vocal coach, with great football coaching experience who will always strive to get the best out of players.
Experience :
Coach with Albion in The Community in their Advanced and Development teams helping players take steps towards Brighton and Hove FC Academy.
Current :
Crawley Town FC Foundation - Elite & Development Co-ordinator. Main role consists of helping players progress their football ability. Alongside developing coaches and progressing the football pathway at Crawley Town FC.
Qualifications :
- UEFA C Qualified
- Level 3 Diploma in Sport Coaching
- Level 2 Safe Guarding
- First Aid Trained
- DBS Checked
Coach
Jacob Hale
Coaching Style :
An engaging and detail focused coach, aiming to improve and fine tune passionate aspiring footballers.
Experience :
Coached at Exeter City Community Trust, and co-managed an U14s team whilst at University.
Current:
Intern at Fulham Football Club overseeing foundation phase trialist processes, and aiding scouting practices.
Qualifications :
- Level 1 Introduction to Football Coaching
- Level 1 Talent Identification
- Level 1 First Aid
- Safeguarding in Football
- Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Science
- Currently studying for Bachelors degree in Sports Science at University of Bath
